Billing Cycles & Methods
- Prepayment: All services are prepaid. We offer monthly and annual billing cycles.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal.
- Renewal: Services renew automatically at the end of your billing term to prevent service interruption.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your service at any time via your dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
- Service Continuation: Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current prepaid billing period.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time if you cancel mid-cycle.
Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable: Generally, payments are non-refundable.
- Exceptions: "Courtesy refunds" may be issued at staXscale's sole discretion in specific cases, but automatic refunds are not available.
Late Payments
- Grace Period: You have a 15-day grace period for failed payments.
- Suspension: After 15 days, services may be suspended.
- Termination: After 30 days overdue, services may be terminated, and a late fee may apply.
